Floris was born on December 19th, 1763.  Floris' father was Pera Miró Cabruja (Vulpellac) and his mother was Catharina Torruella.  His paternal grandparents were Rafael Miró Cabruja (Vulpellach) and Maria Cabruja; his maternal grandparents are Jaume Torruella (Peretellada?) and Coloma Poga (<m1960). He had three brothers and three sisters, named Pera, Salvador, Juan, Margarida, Catharina and Maria.
