Salvador was born on February 13th, 1774.  Salvador's father was Pera Miró Cabruja (Vulpellac) and his mother was Catharina Torruella.  His paternal grandparents were Rafael Miró Cabruja (Vulpellach) and Maria Cabruja; his maternal grandparents are Jaume Torruella (Peretellada?) and Coloma Poga (<m1960). He had three brothers and three sisters, named Floris, Pera, Juan, Margarida, Catharina and Maria.
